What a waste of airtime.
Sadly, I have actually spent time watching Kimberly Caldwell and that other chick make lame comments/predictions on the TV guide channel. Sometimes there is nothing else on, so while I watch the TV guide channel scroll, I also end up watching "Reality Chat" for like 20 minutes.

A waste of airtime? It's the TV GUIDE CHANNEL! The only reason it's there is to show you what's on. It doesn't matter what they show in the little window on top - and Kimberly Caldwell is kind of hot so it's better than watching infomercials!

the american idol pre-show is a waste of airtime because you're supposed to TUNE IN to watch it every day before am idol.
